Safety

My products are not suitable as toys, due to small parts/buttons and trimmings posing a choking hazard. Please be aware of this when purchasing gifts for the home, and children's bedrooms.

Origination

All items are made in Devon in the UK. And all the screen printing is done by me. 

The lavender comes from Hartland, Devon & Pembrokeshire. If for any reason I'm unable to get British lavender I will source from France, but only if I have to. 

Tea towel fabric is from Lancashire, and all the other fabrics, trimmings, feather fillings, packaging and everything else is all solely from U.K suppliers.

The cream fabric used for the lavender hearts and cushions is 100% organic.

 

Prices & Delivery

All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging which is at a standard rate of £2 per order regardless of weight or quantity of items ordered.

Orders over £100 have free postage and packaging. Please select your shipping destination when ordering and the postage (and handling charge for customers outside U.K) will be automatically added.

I cannot guarantee that every item is always in stock, although I will do my best to ensure that items are available. If there is any delay anticipated, I will contact you as soon as possible, with expected delivery times, or to discuss alternative options.

Ordering

Please order via the 'online shop' on this website - if you would prefer to order via cheque/post - please contact me to arrange. My preferred method of secure payment is via PayPal using a credit or debit card. If you experience any problems, please contact me immediately.

Normally items have to be paid for before despatch via the methods mentioned above. Once payment has been authorised I will despatch the items.

Damage or loss in transit

If you have received any goods which have been damaged, please contact me immediately, so I can provide a replacement. However please retain all packaging and relevant documentation, so I can make a claim against the carriers, and mark on the delivery note that the item is damaged. Don't return any damaged goods to me without notifying me first.

Returns or refunds

If  you are unhappy with any goods you have purchased, please let me know immediately so we can discuss and arrange return/exchange. In the event of having to post items back to me (after contacting me first) please obtain proof of posting.

Care Instructions

Vintage cushion covers - remove feather pad, gentle handwash only

Hand screenprinted tea towels and cushion covers - 40 degree wash, light tumble dry, iron on reverse. Please note that it is advisable to wash dark colours separately, and be careful when you wash for the first couple of times as inks may run/bleed. It is recommended you wash the tea towels before first use, as this softens them up nicely.

Lavender hearts - sponge clean only

Tea cosy - Gentle hand wash only.
